Key Responsibilities & Duties In this role, team members travel daily using company-provided transportation with a Team Leader and coworkers to assigned locations to perform roadside litter removal and cleaning services. Responsibilities include completing assigned tasks as directed, working cooperatively as part of a team, following positive work ethics and safety practices, participating in required training sessions, adhering to scheduled breaks and lunch periods, and taking responsibility for personal belongings. The role also includes following instructions from Team Leaders and performing other related duties as assigned to support efficient and high-quality service delivery. Requirements & Qualifications This position requires the ability to interact appropriately with staff and others while working both on-site and off-site, with minimal support. Candidates must be able to walk, stand, and remain active for extended periods, averaging up to eight miles of walking per day, and work safely in a variety of weather conditions. The ability to stay on task, follow instructions, and take direction from Team Leaders is essential. No specific education or prior experience is required; reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role.
