About The Position

Service Center CBL-Los Angeles Car Body Lab is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Auto Body Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is a Combo Technician role that requires knowledge and skill in collision repair and paint. In this dynamic role, you'll deliver high-quality, on-site auto repair and paint services directly to customers – both individual vehicle owners (B2C) and commercial/fleet clients (B2B). You’ll operate within a fully equipped mobile unit and represent our brand with professionalism, technical excellence, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Work independently and perform minor to moderate collision repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and bumper repairs on-site at customer locations. Conduct paint prep and refinishing work, including color matching, blending, and clear coating using portable spray systems. Provide services at homes, workplaces, or fleet yards, ensuring a convenient and seamless experience for clients. Accurately diagnose repair needs and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch teams. Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Maintain clean mobile equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and presentation. Document repairs, capture before/after photos, and process job completions digitally. Collaborate with customer service and scheduling teams to ensure on-time arrival and efficient service delivery. What We Offer: Competitive Weekly Compensation plus Tips. Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders Effective verbal and written communication skills Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks Preferred Skills: Experience servicing commercial clients, fleet vehicles, and or dealership accounts. Familiarity with modern vehicle construction materials, including aluminum and plastic. Understanding of both waterborne and solvent-based paint systems.
