Mobile Charge Phlebotomist

About The Position

As a Charge, you’ll play a critical role in our blood collection operations. You’ll oversee staff at blood drives or donor centers while ensuring a safe, smooth, and positive experience for every donor. This hands-on role includes: Leading and supporting your team during collections Providing exceptional donor care Performing all aspects of the donation process (registration, screening, physicals, phlebotomy) Assisting with transportation of equipment, including driving company vehicles when needed Schedule: Full-time (30–39 hours/week) and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

Customer service experience
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Passion for working with the public
Reliable, stable work history
Commitment to following procedures and ensuring safety
Ability to travel for training (up to 2 weeks)
Flexibility to work varied schedules
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
REAL ID required
Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification
Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and MVR
