About The Position

NOA Diagnostics is seeking a Mobile Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist to perform echocardiograms in long-term care, assisted living, and home care settings throughout Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a sonographer who enjoys independent work, flexible scheduling, and patient-focused care outside of a hospital environment . NOA Diagnostics provides a company vehicle, gas card, and portable ultrasound equipment , allowing technologists to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with echocardiography training
• ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification required
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
• Ability to travel throughout Connecticut
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year echocardiography experience
• Experience in mobile imaging or long-term care settings
• Comfortable working independently
• Experience on Mindray Ultrasound systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE) at patient locations
• Operate portable ultrasound equipment
• Capture high-quality cardiac images for physician interpretation
• Transmit images securely and accurately
• Communicate professionally with patients, nursing staff, and caregivers
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and company vehicle
• Follow all clinical protocols and compliance guidelines
