A Brief Overview Supervises the day-to-day activities of the Mobile Unit Drivers. Plans, organizes, implements, and monitors mobile events and operations for the mobile bus. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. What you will do Plans, organizes, implements, and monitors mobile events and operations for the mobile bus. Supervises and schedules mobile staff and maintains productivity, assigns and monitors mobile staff responsibilities/task. Performs and monitors mobile bus scheduling and other mobile bus operations. Responsible for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures on the mobile bus. Interprets company policies to staff and enforces safety and compliance regulations. Handles day-to-day operational problems and resolves issues. Drives the mobile unit vehicle to and from each clinic site. Ensures the mobile unit vehicle is properly loaded. Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area. Maintains daily logs and maintenance schedules. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Driving a commercial vehicle 3-5 years
  • Class B Commercial Driver License - Tennessee - Tennessee Motor Vehicle
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
  • Strong customer skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions with ability to read a map.
  • Must be deemed insurable by MLH insurance carrier; MVR will be checked prior to transfer or employment.
  • Ability to provide leadership and motivate support staff
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects, and maintain own and other work flow.

Nice To Haves

  • Class B Commercial Driver License - Mississippi Motor Vehicle
  • Class B Commercial Driver License - Arkansas Motor Vehicle
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
