ABOUT THE ROLE Candidate will support assigned service calls for 5-6 retail stores within a geographical area. Will be responsible for performing general maintenance related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, painting, etc. Company vehicle, gas card, tools, IPad, and IPhone will be provided.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering world-class service.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC experience is a plus.
  • technical school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure efficient performance.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Provide support for emergency situations and on-call duties as needed.
