Mobile Building Engineer with strong commercial HVAC experience to support multiple properties across the Greenville, SC area. This role requires a dependable professional who can work independently, troubleshoot building systems, and ensure facilities are operating efficiently and safely.

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple commercial buildings.
Diagnose and repair issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.
Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants.
Travel between assigned properties as needed.

Proven experience with commercial HVAC systems.
EPA certification required (for handling refrigerants).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel between multiple sites in the Greenville, SC area.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Additional certifications in building systems or HVAC.
Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
Familiarity with general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
