About The Position

This role is responsible for performing hands-on maintenance and repair work across multiple commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial HVAC systems, general building maintenance, and must possess a valid driver's license to travel between sites.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus.

Nice To Haves

• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Travel between multiple sites using a company-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
