Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive service, dispatching, logistics, or high-volume customer service environments preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of repair orders, warranty, and automotive service operations
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with dealership management systems such as Tekion is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and dispatching all mobile service and towing requests with efficiency and clear communication
  • Managing and optimizing technician and driver schedules to maximize productivity and coverage
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers by providing accurate updates, ETAs, and service recommendations
  • Pre-calling and verifying all appointments to ensure accuracy, readiness, and proper service setup
  • Confirming warranty coverage, recalls, and service eligibility prior to dispatch
  • Ensuring all repair orders are accurate, complete, and properly documented
  • Partnering with the parts department to ensure parts availability before scheduled appointments
  • Supporting technicians throughout the day by resolving scheduling conflicts, delays, and service challenges
  • Monitoring schedules in real time and adjusting to accommodate changes and urgent requests
  • Conducting outbound outreach to schedule services, follow up on recommendations, and drive mobile service growth
