Mobile Automation Test Lead

Infosys is seeking a Technical Test lead - Selenium/Mobile automation Testing. As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.
• Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution.
• Collaborate with team members to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions.
• Build test automation and use automated frameworks and tools.
• Ensure test plans align with business requirements and are kept up to date.
• Design, develop, and maintain integration testing suite.
• Research and evaluate testing tools and frameworks.
• Analyze moderate to complex problems to determine root causes.
• Collaborate in Agile cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide daily status reports, handle escalations, and provide insights related to the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in UI & Mobile automation using Selenium with Java programming.
• Strong API automation knowledge and experience with Ready API or Rest Assured.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment, Github, and CI/CD systems.
• Good work experience in Test & Defect management role.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle using Jira.
• Knowledge of Banking (Consumer or Commercial, Payments domain).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience building configurable, maintainable, reusable, and dependable test automation components.
• Experience with data profiling and test data creation.
• Ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
