Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect with customers (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required)
• Desire to be part of a team and share best practices (Required)
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools to communicate effectively and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes.
• Review personal results and current promotions to be customer-ready at all times.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers effectively.
• Perform skills practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Build rapport and trust with customers to exceed their expectations.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
