About The Position

As a Mobile Associate – Store-in-Store (SiS) at T-Mobile, you will represent the company inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting. This role involves bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction within a high-traffic retail environment where technology and customer needs are constantly evolving. Your primary goal is to provide outstanding experiences by educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions to help customers stay connected to what matters most. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Passionate Customer Advocate With The Desire To Be Yourself When Connecting And Having Fun With Our Customers. Effective At Balancing Customer Experience And Performance Goals.
  • Desire To Be A Part Of The Game-Changing T-Mobile Store Team. Willingness To Work Alongside Peers And Store Leaders, Learning And Sharing Best Practices, While Serving Customers And Providing Resolutions To Issues.
  • Competitive Drive And Confidence To Succeed In A Fast-Paced Sales Environment.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Preferred
  • 6 Months Of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
  • Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, systems, and reference resources.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for customers.
  • Perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
  • Provide excellent customer experiences, being friendly and engaging with customers.
  • Connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction.
  • Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Proactively attract potential customers to further drive sales activity in your location.
  • Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and form relationships with new and existing customers.
