Visit us online at https://bhconnections.org Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Dallas, TX is seeking a dynamic and talented Mobile Assessor PRN to work varied 6 hours shifts and to join the team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.The Mobile Assessment Team Evaluator (“Assessor”) provides mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals, recommends the appropriate level of treatment based on the Assessor’s assessment of risk factors, and triages patients to appropriate services.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
  • Required a Nursing Degree Associates Level or above
  • Current license in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC” or “LPC-A”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”), or Registered Nurse (“RN”).
  • Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
  • Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling.
