Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to provide level of care assessments and recommendations at the request of facilities that have completed an agreement for mobile assessment services. This position will require a person to be on-call and work under supervision. This position will work with the requesting facility and facility staff, physicians, nurses, insurance companies and outside agencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited school in Social Services or Psychiatric.
• 0 - 1 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

• MSW or MSSW must have their CWS in order to apply for this position.
• 1 - 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• This position will primarily serve court assessments, school mobiles, and hospital telehealth's.
• The purpose of this position is to provide level of care assessments and recommendations at the request of facilities that have completed an agreement for mobile assessment services.
