Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Kotlin, Java, Swift, Objective-C, C/C++.
  • Experience in developing frequently updated apps for consumer products.
  • Experience in developing mobile applications that integrate with hardware devices or IoT devices.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and expand remote and local teams to meet roadmap requirements.
  • Onboard, motivate and mentor exceptional engineers as productive players on the team.
  • Actively contribute alongside your team to our Flutter codebase, including writing code, performing detailed code reviews, and tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Work with product, business and engineering teams to develop strategic roadmap and execution plans.
  • Lead architectural and design decisions for our mobile applications, to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
  • Oversee the team's agile development process, manage sprint planning, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Establish and sustain best practices for mobile development, including code quality, automated testing, AI adoption, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions and delightful user experiences.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to the company about deliverables, design and architecture choices.
  • Own the entire mobile release process including internal test releases, from final testing through to submission to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
