This role sits within Goosehead's Enterprise Transformation Technology team, driving end-to-end delivery across AI, analytics, and digital channels, including ownership of the Goosehead Mobile Application. You serve as the connective tissue between business leaders, engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program, product, or project management leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing mobile application development or modernization (iOS/Android), including release management, app store deployment, and user feedback integration.
  • Background in analytics, AI, or data-driven transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile delivery in a hybrid environment (Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology concepts into executive-level communication and clear action plans.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as insurance or financial services.
  • Familiarity with cloud and analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Understanding of mobile analytics, telemetry, and performance optimization tools (e.g., Firebase, AppDynamics, Mixpanel).
  • Exposure to AI, LLMs, NLP, or ML product lifecycles, particularly where these integrate with client-facing digital platforms.
  • Experience embedding data security, compliance, and privacy-by-design principles into digital delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across AI, analytics, and mobile platforms using structured stage-gate methodologies from concept to deployment.
  • Own the delivery lifecycle for the Goosehead Mobile App, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to manage releases, monitor performance, and ensure a seamless client and agent experience.
  • Translate business and user needs into actionable delivery plans, aligning teams across business, engineering, and data science functions around shared goals, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Build and maintain integrated delivery roadmaps across AI and mobile initiatives, highlighting dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for business impact, app performance, and adoption; report progress using executive-ready visualizations and dashboards.
  • Drive readiness for digital adoption, coordinating rollout, training, and change management for both internal teams and client-facing channels.
  • Manage program governance, ensuring structured stage gates, clear go/no-go decisions, and transparent communication to senior leadership.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and secure-by-design practices.
  • Mentor junior project managers and influence delivery best practices across the transformation portfolio.
