We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile App Developer Intern. Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands… The Mobile App Developer Intern will support the design, development, and optimization of PTI’s mobile applications used by both customers and internal stakeholders. This role provides hands-on experience with production-grade mobile development in an agile, cross-functional environment. The intern will work closely with experienced engineers, designers, and product leaders to deliver scalable, user-centric mobile solutions using Flutter and modern development practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (senior-level coursework preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with Flutter through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
• Working knowledge of Dart and common Flutter state-management patterns.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version-control systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Firebase, RESTful APIs, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS or Android).
• Prior experience delivering a mobile app from concept to completion.
• Portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, responsive, and maintainable code.
• Assist with integration of backend services and third-party APIs (e.g., Firebase, REST APIs).
• Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members within an agile delivery model.
• Adhere to version control, coding standards, and documentation practices.
