Overview Webster at Rye is currently seeking an MNA Part-time Second Shift (2p-10p) on our Long-Term Care Unit. Responsibilities Fo ll ows phys i cian orders and admin i ster s regular l y scheduled ora l, t opical , suppositor y , nasal and ocular medications to residents who are c li n i cally sta b l e . Consults with the Nurse to assess a resident who reques t s a " prn " ( as needed ) medicatio n . Reports to Nurse observations regard i ng changes in res i den t ' s status . Observes the five rights of medicat i on admin istration. Ensures that Resident's medications are re-ordered i n a timely fashion and are avai l able for scheduled and prn adm i nistratio n . Adheres to duties and responsibi l i t i es as LNA. Assume all other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse. Qualifications Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
