  • Handle equipment replacements, new requests, and test returned equipment for barcode scanner devices.
  • Offer expert assistance for billing entries and inquiries related to ORBITS and associated devices, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Set up and deactivate accounts for OneTrack and the Biomed portal, maintaining an organized user account system.
  • Manage account transitions during the Bill To Consolidation process, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data.
  • Process and track new ScanManager requests, including label creation, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of devices and supplies for McKesson's customer-facing applications.
  • Accurately input and update customer information and service records into our database, ensuring high data integrity and consistency.
  • Entry-level position.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
  • Familiarity with billing processes and user account management.
  • Experience with ORBITS, OneTrack, Biomed portal, and ScanManager is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Android OS is a plus.
  • Customer service experience, including user instruction and resource coordination.
  • Active listening and comprehension skills to understand customer issues fully.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer technology, including Word and Excel, web navigation, and browser troubleshooting.
  • A+ certification or related credentials are advantageous but not required.
