About The Position
The MMR Operations Manager role is responsible for leading the Marine Mammal Rescue (MMR) team, ensuring operational readiness through oversight of facilities, vehicles, and personnel. This position involves direct supervision of a Facilities and Equipment Technician and coordination with response staff. The Operations Manager will also serve as a primary responder for marine mammal strandings, engaging in data collection, recovery efforts, and operational efficiency improvements within the team.
