About The Position

UFC GYM is looking for passionate individuals to join our team and empower the fighting spirit in our members. As a part of our fitness-focused workplace, you will have the opportunity to change lives through service, science, and sales. You will be a brand ambassador for UFC Gym and embody our 'Train Different' philosophy. Your role will involve conducting safe and effective private MMA training sessions, maintaining the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces, and assisting in various revenue-generating activities such as complimentary workouts and workshops.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its 'Train Different' philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
