About The Position

UFC GYM is looking for passionate individuals to join our team and empower the fighting spirit in our members. As a part of our fitness community, you will focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales. You will be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its 'Train Different' philosophy, bringing T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life. Your role will involve conducting safe and effective private MMA training sessions, maintaining the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces, and assisting in all revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
