Job Description: The Division Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and program analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. A strong candidate will possess a diverse skill set including advanced and confidential administrative support functions. This role is responsible for overseeing various policies, programs, and initiatives, thinking strategically, and performing in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position often relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles, and reports information relevant to the department; and requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret multiple sets of data from various sources. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities. The role communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. It may involve high‑level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, requiring considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills are essential, along with thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs including, but not limited to, advanced Excel and PowerPoint. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management and work closely with other organizations within the LOB.
