The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) and Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) positions at Essentia Health in Duluth, Minnesota, involve performing and reporting laboratory tests of varying complexity levels as defined by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). The positions are located at Building B - St Marys Medical Center, with evening shift rotations from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, requiring a commitment of 80 hours per pay period. The compensation range for these roles is between $23.26 and $34.59 per hour, reflecting the skills and qualifications of the candidates. Weekend work is expected, and there may be call obligations as part of the job requirements.
