About The Position
The position involves performing routine and complex analytical procedures, recognizing deviations, and providing interpretation following established standards and practices. The role includes maintaining hospital and departmental policies, processing biological specimens, operating instruments, performing maintenance, and ensuring quality control. The individual will also act as a knowledge resource, perform data input on laboratory computer systems, instruct new associates, and complete continuing education requirements. Additionally, the position may require providing guidance to co-workers in the absence of a supervisor.
