About The Position

Join Our Team at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), where we're more than just a healthcare organization - we're a community dedicated to making a meaningful impact. For more than 60 years, we've been providing compassionate, high-quality care in the Greater Brainerd Lakes Area and beyond. Our team is driven by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and putting people first - both our patients and our employees. Whether you're on the front lines of patient care or supporting operations behind the scenes, you'll find a culture of collaboration, growth, and respect. If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we invite you to join us at CRMC and be part of something bigger. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT), you play a crucial role in the healthcare process by conducting and analyzing various laboratory tests to facilitate the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. You will be tasked with obtaining, processing, and ensuring the integrity of blood and body fluids while following rigorous protocols to maintain accuracy and timeliness in results reporting. The work environment demands high attention to detail and the ability to operate complex laboratory equipment under sometimes stressful conditions. Collaboration with other healthcare providers is vital, as you will communicate critical test results and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. While primarily focused on laboratory duties, you may also supervise or lead teams, manage sections of the lab, or provide training and support to colleagues.
