As an MLOps Tech Lead, you'll provide technical leadership to the MLOps team while actively contributing to the architecture, design, and development of Guild's ML and AI agent platforms. This is a player / coach role, with a heavy emphasis on the player part in the beginning. We’re building this function 0-1 at Guild, and need you to be able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You will drive both the technical roadmap and execution, ensuring best practices, reliability, scalability, and efficiency in our ML/AI infrastructure and operations.
