Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with peers and learn the company structure.
- Set up for local development and actively prototype.
- Dive deep into AI and ML usage at Sourcegraph and identify improvement areas.
- Develop simulated datasets using Gym style frameworks.
- Experiment with changes to Cody prompts and context sources.
- Ship substantial new features to end users.
- Build out feature computation, storage, monitoring, analysis, and serving systems.
- Contribute to coding agents and develop distributed training infrastructure.
- Conduct research and follow relevant studies.
- Own key pieces of the agents and design scalable inference services.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of industry experience as a full-stack ML engineer.
- Experience in formulating ML solutions and developing end-to-end data orchestration pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production.
- Experience in developing feature pipelines and understanding ML nuances for user metrics.
