About The Position

The Market Manager for Strategy and Growth at CHI Health is responsible for managing the implementation of specific business objectives and projects at a market or care setting level. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for strategic planning processes, service line and key strategy projects, and strategic planning reviews.
• Supports business development and service line projects, including medical staff development planning and CON applications.
• Develops and implements business and tactical plans aligned with key business and strategic initiatives.
• Partners with the analytics team to provide objective data and analysis for informed decision-making.
• Monitors and analyzes market trends to support business development and service line development.
• Engages with peers and stakeholders to achieve functional goals and carry out initiatives efficiently.
• Collaborates in Physician Workforce Development Planning and provider development plans.
• Supports independent physician recruitment to maintain access to care and implement growth initiatives.
• Partners with other Growth functions to develop and implement market strategies and growth plans.
