About The Position
Responsible for market-wide business oversight of operating room and procedural service lines acrossnine facilities within the Management Market. This includes coordinating capital budgets andacquisitions, optimizing purchasing and contracts, recommending chargemaster changes, andperforming financial and operational analysis to support program development across multipleperioperative departments. Provides system-level support, leadership, and standardization across fiveELTs and all operating rooms in the market.
Requirements
- 1-2 years leadership/management experience required.
- Prior experience in healthcare operational managementwithin the operating room or similar complexhealthcare environment required.
- Leadership experience collaborating with physicians and teamcross several hospitals; able to present to senior-level audiences
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting multiple facilities, service lines, or a
- distributed operational model is preferred
