About The Position
The Mixology supports the overall beverage program by providing elevated guest service, operational support, and coordination across bar outlets as assigned. In addition to preparing and serving high quality beverages, this role carries added responsibility for organization, training assistance, and beverage program support. The Mixology helps ensure consistent standards of cleanliness, execution, and professionalism across the beverage operation. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Prefer 2 year of bartending experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Demonstrated knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
