The Lounge Mixologist is responsible for ensuring excellent visitor experience while staying in compliance of all SNHD requirements. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in crafting beverages in a fast paced, high-energy, upscale environment. Mixologists should have a deep understanding of flavor profiles, spirits, and ingredients. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and dexterities. Mixologist should know the chemistry and theories of mixology; they will experiment and create unique drinks, driving beverage sales. Requirements

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage within a high-volume, craft beverage venue.
Extensive knowledge of traditional and non-traditional (trending) spirits, wine, champagne, beer, and crafted cocktails.
Valid work cards, including Health, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Non-Gaming.
Ability to maintain personal integrity, focus, and composure under pressure.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
Must be self-motivated and willing to learn.
Must be willing to participate social media posting and having photographs taken of you.
Must be willing to participate in venue related acting or role playing if needed.
Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, and hygiene in accordance with company policy.
Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat environment consistently.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers, make suggestions and drive sales.
Enjoy working in a creative, entrepreneurial environment, learning and adapting to new concepts and innovations.
Ability to work in low lighting and sensory-sensitive environments.
Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun exposure.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver exceptional service to every visitor while interacting in a professional, warm, positive, and friendly manner.
Set up the bar for full operation, ensuring all supplies, products, and tools are fully ready for operations.
Master recipes, craft, and serve beverages to visitors while adhering to the sequence of service.
Handle credit transactions accurately at the point of sale system.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County health standards.
Provide an accurate inventory count of products prior to and at the end of every shift.
Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring concerns to a manager’s attention.
Respond to guest concerns/complaints, resolve issues with a positive attitude and know when to escalate.
Act as a brand advocate by providing guests with accurate information regarding venues, menus, and pricing.
Always communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors.
Participate in promotional activities by posing for pictures, wearing uniforms or designated logo apparel, and engaging in marketing efforts.
Participate and dress up in costumes for events, movie showings, and themed parties to enhance the overall experience.
Participate and appear in marketing, publicity, or media materials.
Exhibit ART! (AREA15's service standards) at all times.
Practice ART! of Sales at all times.
Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to AREA15 standards.
Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
