About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience as bartender/mixologist
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a bar
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• A team player with good communication skills
• Ability to stay positive under pressure
• Very good physical condition and endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 2 years of bartender/mixologist experience (Required)
• 3 years of restaurant experience (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage our service well
• Assist in the invention of concepts & executing specialty drinks
• Make specialty mix-ins, such as simple syrups
• Create & prep garnishes
• Stocking & juicing
• Serve guests
• Create systems for the everyday operation of the bar, such as checklists and action lists
• Ensure all items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Assist team members in other duties where needed.
