Requirements

Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality
Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license
Knowledgeable in the latest trends around mixology
Someone with 2-4 years of bartender experience
Someone with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Someone with excellent communication skills
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
Guide guests through cocktail and beverage offerings using confident product knowledge.
Offer thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and experience level.
Anticipate guest needs, address concerns professionally, and ensure every visit ends on a high note.
Mix, shake, stir, and build cocktails according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain consistency and accuracy with portion control and drink specifications.
Prepare and manage garnishes, fresh juices, syrups, and other perishable ingredients.
Uphold high standards for cocktail presentation and bar aesthetics.
Complete daily bar setup and breakdown to ensure the bar is fully stocked and operational.
Requisition, stock, rotate, and record inventory of spirits, wine, beer, mixers, and supplies.
Enter orders, manage checks, and process payments accurately using the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Secure inventory, cash drops, and bar equipment at the end of each shift.
Work cohesively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen team members to maintain smooth service.
Communicate effectively and professionally within the team.
Support a positive, respectful, and service-driven work environment.
