About The Position

Mixing Plant Hands will assist the Operator in rig up and rig down procedures and actively help in mixing chemicals. Rig up and maintain equipment through operations Keep daily chemical inventory and usage Strap frac tanks as needed among other task laid out by Mixing Plant Operator Follows and supports all AWS HSE policies at all times Knows and uses appropriate PPE at all times Drives company vehicles over various types of road conditions and terrain, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel surfaces, and off road situations including two track roads

Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) months experience working rotational shift work, working in inclement weather, and/or manual labor experience preferred
• Able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Works well with others
• Basic problem solving and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Class A CDL a plus
• Ability to communicate, read & write in English
• Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States, as required by law
• Able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on routine basis
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision
• Able to deal with wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat/cold
• Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles and moderate to loud noise, requiring consistent use of appropriate PPE
