Overview: Work in manufacturing areas performing tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Responsibilities are assigned by the Production Supervisor and must be completed safely and accurately.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in high-volume manufacturing; 1+ year in chemical processing preferred.
  • Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs multiple times daily.
  • Stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Perform repetitive bending and stretching.
  • Wear and maintain PPE; follow PPE policies.
  • Contact lenses prohibited.
  • Organization: Ability to follow directions and manage tasks.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and creative approach.
  • Technical: High school-level math and basic hand tool skills.
  • Integrity: Honest, reliable, and accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Operate mixing tank controls, valves, and pumps; set blade speeds and water temperatures per batch requirements.
  • Read and follow Product Instruction Sheets for batch preparation.
  • Monitor tank scales and ensure proper operation.
  • Mix batches according to batch sheet instructions.
  • Record chemical usage and adjustments accurately.
  • Inspect, clean, and tag holding tanks; transfer finished batches as scheduled.
  • Verify raw materials before use and transact SKUs in SAP.
  • Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory in SAP.
  • Retrieve and return raw materials as needed.
  • Test samples per SOPs and SKU requirements.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
