Now Hiring: Mixing Operator Shift/Schedule: 3rd Shift/10pm - 6:30am Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $19/hour (+ based on experience) Why join our team? Need cash before payday? Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You’ll Do Mix and/or blend ingredients, according to recipes Observe gauges, valves, and thermometers Responsible for properly transferring ingredient lots and other critical control information Monitor and review inventory levels in batching department Receive all ingredients including bulk materials Responsible for performing several basic analytical testings' Responsible for cleaning and running automated Clean in Place (CIP) equipment Safely operates forklifts as needed What You’ll Need No experience required – we provide thorough training Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required! Requirements
- No experience required – we provide thorough training
- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 60 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
Responsibilities
- Mix and/or blend ingredients, according to recipes
- Observe gauges, valves, and thermometers
