The position involves operating a Mixer at a high efficiency level and managing all tool processing equipment. The individual will handle raw materials and maintain the work area by ensuring all tools and equipment are kept in designated areas, adhering to the 5S methodology. Responsibilities also include monitoring all functions of the Mixer (A) and (B), documenting all data on the Production Log while in operation, and maintaining communication with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group. The role requires handling and disposing of scrap material and seeking opportunities to contribute to business success through proactive involvement in lean initiatives.
