About the Role: Produces product by mixing raw materials and automatically transporting the dough to the conveyor lines. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Performs visual inspection of product to identify out of specification looking for physical characteristics that indicate product is out of specification. For example: misshapen pretzels, holes, low dough, riders and others. Performing weight checks, checking and recording dough temperatures, checking and adjusting cutter speeds, collecting test samples, and adjusting mixer speed. Resolving production problems by adjusting processes to meet specifications; and communicating with oven room supervisor and Oven Operators to resolve issues or obtain maintenance for mechanical assistance. Performs sanitation duties according to daily, shift or shutdown schedule.
