This is a 1st shift postion working Monday to Thursday from 4am to 2:30pm. The hourly rate of pay is $20.48.

The Railcar Unloader unloads raw materials into silos for production.

Major Functions and Scope:       

Positions railcars for unloading using a winch.
Unloads raw materials from railcar.
Ensures hose is connected to proper silo before unloading materials.
Performs quality checks of raw materials.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 -1 year previous manufacturing/production experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
• Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner.
