About The Position

The Mixer Operator is responsible for blending and shredding product according to quality and product specification sheets, customer satisfaction, and company policies. The operator will also record and verify findings, coach other team members in the mixing room, and help with area sanitation as needed. A strong candidate for this role will also be able to work successfully with various moving mechanical parts, food fumes, airborne particles, extreme cold, extreme heat, and loud noise levels. This role works 3rd Shift (10PM-6AM) Monday-Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in manufacturing, food manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in basic English.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to successfully work with various technologies and computer programs.
• Ability to bend often and lift at least 50 pounds to various heights.
• Ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (walkie-rider, forklift, etc.).
