Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of relevant manufacturing or production experience
  • Ability to see and differentiate colors
  • Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
  • Proven job stability and longevity in previous roles

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-directed with good problem-solving abilities
  • Solid math skills, including converting weights and measurements
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn our products and industry

Responsibilities

  • Obtain raw materials, measure accurately, and dispense into mixing vessels
  • Prepare and blend chemical batches according to specifications
  • Perform color matching to meet customer requirements
  • Clean and prepare vessels for the next production run
  • Fill, seal, and label containers per batch instructions
  • Count, package, and deliver finished products
  • Monitor and report raw material inventory levels
  • Provide accurate information to support production scheduling
