Requirements
- 1-2+ years of relevant manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to see and differentiate colors
- Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Proven job stability and longevity in previous roles
Nice To Haves
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-directed with good problem-solving abilities
- Solid math skills, including converting weights and measurements
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn our products and industry
Responsibilities
- Obtain raw materials, measure accurately, and dispense into mixing vessels
- Prepare and blend chemical batches according to specifications
- Perform color matching to meet customer requirements
- Clean and prepare vessels for the next production run
- Fill, seal, and label containers per batch instructions
- Count, package, and deliver finished products
- Monitor and report raw material inventory levels
- Provide accurate information to support production scheduling
