About The Position

The Mixer / Blender Operator is responsible for mixing and blending raw materials to create finished or intermediate products according to production specifications. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring ingredients are measured, mixed, and processed correctly while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a production-oriented position that requires physical labor, including long periods of standing, repetitive motions, and occasional lifting.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience operating mixing, blending, or processing equipment is helpful
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial mixing and blending equipment according to production specifications
• Accurately measure and add raw materials or ingredients into mixers or blending equipment
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure product consistency and quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical concerns to maintenance
• Assist team members throughout the production process as needed
• Coordinate the use of materials, containers, and packaging supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while operating equipment
• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and surrounding work areas regularly
• Complete required production paperwork and documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
