Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
12+ years of experience in Analog or RF layout design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and guide design approaches.

Responsibilities

Independently handle block-level and IP-level analog layout design while closely collaborating with circuit designers and the layout team.
Quickly adapt to new methodologies, embrace innovative ideas, and demonstrate self-motivation and strong communication skills in both independent and team settings.
Develop and integrate floorplans using both top-down and bottom-up design flows for complex analog modules such as PLL, ADC/DAC, SerDes, and similar circuits.
Perform top-level integration and ensure design quality through thorough understanding of analog layout concepts for deep sub-micron and FinFET processes.
Apply solid knowledge of ESD, latch-up, EM, IR drop, and effectively debug DRC, LVS, ERC, and antenna violations.
Utilize Cadence Virtuoso (XL, VXL, EXL) and Calibre verification tools, with preference given to candidates experienced in TSMC processes.
Script in SKILL or other programming languages to enhance layout efficiency (a plus).
