About The Position
The Operator is an experienced hourly position and is responsible for safely operating their assigned process per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specified pre-mix formulation and quality procedures. The position requires following the production schedule in accordance with feed formulation and quality guidelines, troubleshooting equipment and process problems, and ensuring product quality expectations are met. The Operator must also participate in safety, quality, and process improvement programs, and maintain cleanliness in the work area as per the master sanitation schedule.
