Requirements

Valid driver’s license and background check with a clean record.
One plus year of experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position preferred.
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work on call and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold.
Cleaning process for both contents and structural damage.
Cleans up assigned job sites after demolition.
Provide cleaning and content processing services.
Provide after-hours emergency services as needed.
Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment.
Keeps equipment clean and organized in the shop.
Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas.
Removal of water, waste water, debris using mops, squeegees, or extractors
Work under the direct supervision of a site team lead and\or Project Manager
Other duties as requested by management.
