That means: Water extraction, drying, demolition, fire cleanup, and mold remediation Securing properties (board-ups, temporary protection) Using professional equipment—not guesswork Working directly in homes and businesses with respect and urgency Leaving job sites cleaner, safer, and better than you found them This work is physical. It’s fast-paced. And it makes a difference. This is a career, not a dead-end job. We don’t need fancy résumés. We need solid people. Shows up on time and does what they say they’ll do Can lift 75 lbs and handle physical work Comfortable working some nights, weekends, and on-call rotations Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn Takes pride in quality work—because it has your name on it Experience helps, but attitude matters more.
