Requirements

  • Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to work varying schedules, including overtime and emergency response.
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to safely operate tool, equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and work for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions.
  • Ability to wear PPE, including respirators and protective clothing.
  • Exposure to dust, debris, noise, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mitigation, cleaning, demolition, and debris removal per job scope.
  • Maintain productivity and professionalism on all job sites.
  • Take, complete, and upload accurate photos and documentation in MICA/Albi.
  • Move, protect, and handle contents as required.
  • Load and unload trucks with equipment, materials, and debris.
  • Identify and report job complications or safety concerns promptly.
  • Keep job sites, trucks, and equipment clean, organized, and serviceable.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Assist with shop, warehouse, and team support tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety and PPE guidelines, company procedures, and supervisor direction.
