Requirements

Prior experience in mitigation, restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
Willingness to work varying schedules, including overtime and emergency response.
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain.
Ability to safely operate tool, equipment, and company vehicles.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and work for extended periods.
Ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions.
Ability to wear PPE, including respirators and protective clothing.
Exposure to dust, debris, noise, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.

Responsibilities

Perform mitigation, cleaning, demolition, and debris removal per job scope.
Maintain productivity and professionalism on all job sites.
Take, complete, and upload accurate photos and documentation in MICA/Albi.
Move, protect, and handle contents as required.
Load and unload trucks with equipment, materials, and debris.
Identify and report job complications or safety concerns promptly.
Keep job sites, trucks, and equipment clean, organized, and serviceable.
Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
Assist with shop, warehouse, and team support tasks as needed.
Follow all safety and PPE guidelines, company procedures, and supervisor direction.
