Requirements
- 1+ year of mitigation, restoration, construction, or similar hands-on experience
- Basic understanding of drying principles, equipment, and job flow
- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
- Ability to handle physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)
- Experience with moisture mapping and documentation
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services
- Set up drying equipment, monitor jobs, and document progress
- Handle demolition, cleanup, and job site prep
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency
