About The Position

The Mitigation Technician at PuroClean is responsible for performing restoration services for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. This role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all restoration work is conducted in a professional and empathetic manner. Technicians will work closely with project managers and crew leaders to meet customer needs and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness on job sites.

Requirements

• Effective oral communication skills
• Basic math skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• 2 years of experience in restoration or cleaning
• IICRC certifications preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• IICRC Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes following PuroClean production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with the Project Manager and the Crew Leader and other technicians regarding customer needs and concerns.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Assist Crew Leader and Project Manager in processing any information in our Restoration program.
• Make sure all authorization forms to perform the needed work are signed and accounted for.
